DMI Centre & KDDA — Diabetes NGO Websites
Live website for a Kenyan diabetes charity, reused as a template for a second NGO
The Challenge
Two Kenyan diabetes organisations, the Diabetes Management & Information (DMI) Centre and the Kenya Defeat Diabetes Association (KDDA), needed modern websites that make it easy for people living with diabetes, caregivers and partners to find support, programmes, events and opportunities.
The Approach
I built the DMI Centre website, with live opening-hours status, activities, projects, tenders, opportunities and contact pages, plus SEO, sitemap, maps and dark mode. I then reused the build as a template to give KDDA its own branded site.
The Result
dmi.or.ke is live, presenting DMI's services, programmes and events in one place. Reusing the build as a template meant a second NGO got a site for a fraction of the effort.
